Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. This solicitation is for three (3) distinct areas. All proposals must be for these brand names only: i. Bosch – intrusion system. A. The District uses Bosch/RPS to monitor intrusion and environmental alarms across the District. The panel codes will be provided to the awarded Proposer. B. Several sites report fire alarms through the Bosch intrusion system, but maintenance on the fire system is not included in this solicitation. ii. Lenel – access control system. iii. Milestone – closed circuit TV (CCTV) camera system. b. Maintenance and installation will be performed, at the sole discretion of the District, on a preventative maintenance program and/or an on-call/as needed basis at all current District sites and any future properties or interests of the District. c. The District provides no guarantee of work. Award of a contract does not prevent the District from obtaining the services of another Contractor for any other project if the District so desires and/or if it is in the District’s interest to do so.
