2.1.1. All direct mail services required by the University’s central Annual Philanthropy office throughout the fiscal year 2.1.2. Variable data printing with data driven, multiple complex merge fields for both letter and reply forms 2.1.3. High quality color printing that is sharp and printed on high quality stock 2.1.4. Custom color - 4 color process printing and 2-color spot printing 2.1.5. Proposer must have a fully automated shop with both digital and off-set printers, custom programing, camera matching, NCOA data services and CASS certification 2.1.6. Uncoated and/or semi coated stock or a similar alternative for full color pieces 2.1.7. Postage in the form of non-profit or first-class stamps. Not indicia; Proposer must provide multiple drop mailings 2.1.8. Real Pen addressing 2.1.9. Envelopes for mailing will not have windows 2.1.10. A single account manager to handle all University projects 2.1.11. The deliverables listed in the attached Exhibit A (“Deliverables”). a. If stock information is not provided for any items in Exhibit A assume standard stock. b. If project does not list ink specifications in Exhibit A assume 4 color process. c. Bindery for projects in Exhibit A, unless specified otherwise, will be Tri-fold letters with a single fold reply card d. Unless specified otherwise in Exhibit A, assume standard paperweight. e. Printing quality must be consistent across all printed materials, with uniform color, clarity, and alignment maintained throughout each production run. In the event that this standard is not met, a monetary credit, mutually agreed upon based on the scope of the inconsistency, will be applied to University’s account for use toward future production projects. 2.1.12. University may request additional printing and mailing services at price levels consistent with successful proposer’s response to Exhibit A. 2.1.13. University typically uses nonprofit postage but will at times use first class postage. Proposer may choose to quote projects using non-profit postage. Postage costs should be listed as a separate line item in any project price proposal.
