Software should provide: a. Centralized Digital Asset Management: Implement a scalable and intuitive DAM system that enables collaboration and consistency across colleges and divisions. b. Streamlined Access and Features: Provide enterprise-level functionality, including AI-driven tagging and search capabilities, facial recognition (video and still), video transcription and integrations with OSU’s current tools. c. Future-Proof Scalability: Start with an estimated baseline storage capacity, with the ability to expand based on growing needs. d. Inclusive Collaboration: Ensure unlimited contributor seats and robust integration with systems such as Drupal, MS Teams, Asana, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Software requirements: a. Hub-and-Spoke Model: i. Centralized repository for shared resources with spokes for colleges/divisions to manage individual needs. ii. Permissions structure allowing granular control over asset access and edits. b. Enterprise-Level Features: i. Smart tags and facial recognition. ii. AI visual search. iii. Searchable AI-generated video transcripts. iv. Compatibility and integration with OSU’s existing platforms (Adobe CS, Drupal, MS Teams, Asana, and others). v. The software must support either SAML or OIDC protocol for SSO.
