Task 1:Project Management and Coordination As part of the overall project management of the project, the Consultant will: A. Designate and coordinate the consultant team. B. Schedule, prepare for, attend, and document project team meetings. A project kickoff meeting will be held as needed and will include the Consultant, County Staff, and other project stakeholders. The Kick-off meeting will be held at 19246 Wacheno Parkway, Oregon City, Oregon, 97045. Subsequent meetings will be held through the Teams app or in person at the above address if warranted. C. Prepare a detailed schedule showing all major tasks, meetings, and review milestones. D. Prepare detailed monthly progress reports and progress billings and submit to the County for approval and payment. E. Monitor and manage project budget. Consultant Deliverables: progress reports, monthly progress billings, engineering schedule, and monthly engineering schedule updates. Task 2:Project Design Criteria The consultant will gather field information and conduct a comprehensive investigation of all background data that may influence the project to create a contractually solid set of specifications and buildable designs. The Consultant will: A. Develop the design criteria for paving plans, temporary traffic control, guardrail modifications/replacement, pavement markings, ADA Ramp Improvements, and other project components. B. Meet with Clackamas County Department of Transportation and Development to identify any additional design requirements.
