Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide all Design, Engineering, Construction Documentation, Specification and Construction for Base Bid work listed below. b. Access control/integration design experience in a K-12 multi-site environment with Lenel (hardware and software) as platform required. c. Provide and secure all required permits to complete scope of work. BSD will reimburse the cost of the building permit. d. Third party hardware consultant with AHC credentials required. e. Trade Permits shall be paid for by the Design-Builder. f. Provide for all site verification, abatement design, removal and air monitoring of all asbestos containing materials in Base Bid scope of work. i. Review BSD ACM documents/management plans. ii. Engage third party for field verification and material testing in areas to be affected by Base Scope of work. iii. Engage asbestos abatement contractor to perform required abatement services. g. The attached Plan Summary Schedule (See Attachment H) contains the base scope of work expected in this Design-Build project.
