•Design and install a complete primary onsite wastewater treatment system per Oregon DEQ Onsite rules (including all permits and county onsite approvals). • Approximately 1,433 linear feet of standard rock and pipe in drain field. • Design flow of 1,720 GPD. Soil rating is 125’/150 GPD. • Loop distribution utilizing hydro-splitters for equal distribution. • Concrete septic tanks with required risers for each. Tanks will have traffic lids, and risers and lids should be standard duty. Dosing tank required. • Alarm/control panel, pump, floats, panel, and related hardware are to be included, with the panel installed. The alarm panel may be mounted on the proposed restroom or a detached kiosk (constructed by Parks). • Repair area is located at test pits 5, 6, and 7, outside the campground loop. Stakeout for this area is unnecessary and is excluded from the RFP.
