SCOPE OF WORK Marion County is seeking a contractor to provide services including collections of delinquent debts owed to County departments. The volume of the Services to be provided by the successful Proposer will depend on the demand for the Services expressed by the department(s)for which the Services will be performed, as well as on the departments’ needs for the types of Services offered. Therefore, County makes no representation or guarantee of any minimum or maximum volume of work or purchases of Services to be made under any Contract that may be awarded under this RFP. By submitting a Proposal, each Proposer agrees that it accepts all risks, and waives any claims, that may be associated with or arise out of the volume of the Services actually ordered under any Contract awarded under this RFP.
