Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of this project is to provide simple, accurate and timely financial and operational processes, reporting and analysis by maximize the Zoos existing core systems, including gate entry, concessions, food inventory, employee time keeping, catering and volunteer and education services registration as well as reduce duplication of manual data entry. Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform the following: A. Review software configuration, systems architecture, and functionality in the Zoos core systems. B. Review business processes related to ticketing, concessions, catering, inventory control, registration and cash reconciliation. Detailed business process diagrams are available.
