Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provider shall have sufficient support staff and Alcohol and Drug Evaluation Specialist (ADES) certified staff to conduct a minimum of approximately 230 new screening assessments each month, and monitor those clients for the length of their involvement with the Court. 2. Provider shall have one or more offices located within the Metro Multnomah County that will be used to provide ADES services to Court referred clients. 3. Provider shall provide a record keeping data base that will meet ADES Certification requirements and allow ease of access and reporting to the Court in a timely manner on a client’s status in the program. 4. Provider shall provide Alcohol and Drug Evaluation Specialist that are certified by the State of Oregon and meet the minimum qualifications and requirements listed in OAR 415-054-0460 to OAR 415-54-0470, regarding certification as an Alcohol and Drug Evaluation Specialist. 5. Provider shall have the ability to monitor all Defendants/Clients screened for the period of the Diversion Agreement or the length of the probation with the Court. This usually takes one to three years, but could take longer due to circumstances in the case.
