Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Archives Building, 800 Summer St. NE, Salem, OR – Add new coiling door to exterior of existing parking garage, new steel frame to support the rails of door. New card access along the ramp will be used to enter the building, and a new motion sensor will be used to open at egress the building. New power and communication will be tied into existing building operations. 2. L&I Building, 350 winter St. NE, Salem, OR – Add new coiling door to exterior of existing loading dock with a steel frame to support the rails of the door. An additional “convenience door” will be added to allow personnel to exit. The convenience door will have panic hardware from the inside with two card access points on the exterior to open the garage door or the convenience door from the outside. The new motion sensor, card readers are tied into the existing power and communications. 3. State Motor Pool Building, 110 Airport Rd, SE, Salem, OR – Inbound Coiling Door: Replace existing insulated panel door with new insulated coiling door. Door will be face mounted on the inside of the building. A loop detector will be added outside and tied into the existing system. Outbound Coiling Door: Replacing existing insulated coiling door with new face mounted on the inside of the building. Replace motion sensor with new on the inside of the building and tie into existing power and communications. 4. North Mall Office Building, 725 Summer St, NE, Salem, OR – Remove and replace two (2) existing coiling doors mounted on the inside of the garage with two (2) new high coiling doors. Doors will be face mounted on the exterior of the garage. The existing loop detector and card reader will be tied into the new doors and existing power and communications. 5. Revenue Building, 955 Center St. NE, Salem, OR – Add a new coiling door to the inbound entrance of the garage. A new steel frame will support the rails of the door. A card reader will communicate with the door operation and tie into the existing building system. Outbound Coiling Door: add new coiling door to the exit of the garage. A new steel frame will support the rails of the door. A motion detector will communicate with door operations and tie into the existing power and communications.
