Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oregon Military Department (“OMD” “Owner” or “Agency”) is seeking a Design-Build Contractor (“DBC” or “Contractor”) to provide Project management, design, review, value engineering, construction, testing, inspection, and commissioning of the Corvallis Armory ASLEP / REEP Project (the “Project”), including but not limited to, selective demolition, removal of hazardous material / abatement and disposal, material recycling, renovations of existing and additions of new facilities, structures, buildings, and infrastructures, both on and off site, as may be necessary to remodel, replace and expand the facilities at the site, bring the facility to current code, and extending the useful life of the facility by a minimum of an additional 25 years. The project will be funded by both State and federal funds and will be subject to both State and federal requirements.
