GOOD(S) SPECIFICATIONS FOR Cornish Game Hen: 4.11.1 All Poultry Goods must be processed, handled, packaged, and labeled in accordance with the Poultry Products Inspection Act | Food Safety and Inspection Service and its regulations 4.11.2 Good(s) must be between 5 to 6 weeks old 4.11.3 Good(s) must be 1 ½ to 2 pounds each 4.11.4 Good(s) with missing parts will not be allowed. 4.11.5 Clear to semi-clear marinades or sauces may be added to the ready-to-cook poultry products, provided the ingredients do not alter the applicable grade factors or detract from the appearance of the product. ESTIMATED DELIVERED QUANTITY PER GOOD ITEM: An estimated one (1) FTL is required for this item listed in Section 5, “Pricing Page”. For purposes of this ITB Line item # a FTL is estimated at 40,000 pounds. ARO, one (1) FTL to be delivered within 45 days or as scheduled by warehouse staff.
