Specifications include, but are not limited to: The first objective is the replacement of the District’s current ERP software. The modules include General Ledger, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Capital Asset Planning, Cash Receipts/Register, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Utility Billing, Payroll and Human Resources, and Purchase Orders.; The second objective is to provide an integrated yet open suite of business applications that will enable appropriate information to be shared amongst the District as well as streamline linkages to third party applications. A modern, integrated system will streamline business processes, reduce duplicate data entry, increase employee data accuracy, robust data reporting tools and data access for analysis, for faster management decisions, improve workflow, and enhance business efficiencies, which will all provide improved results and better customer service.; The third objective is to reduce the District’s dependency on custom developed applications required to run organizational processes.; The fourth objective is to ensure that the District’s software systems and data are maintained safely and securely.
