Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction/renovation of the College's Building located at 3345 Redwood Highway, Grants Pass Oregon. A contracted Architectural firm has developed the provided design, and will be coordinating the project with the College and Contractor. Rogue Community College District is seeking proposals for the renovation of an existing 3,324 sqft building that will be referenced as the Redwood Campus Building K Renovation, which is College owned property located at 3345 Redwood Hwy, Grants Pass, Oregon. The Project includes but is not limited to the following: Water, sewer, gas, and electrical improvements; HVAC Replacement and modifications; restroom additions and modifications; demolition and new interior wall placement; interior lighting; interior signage, wireless access points, and surveillance cameras. The project also includes fire alarm, access control, and mass notification system design/build in accordance with the project performance specifications. There are no modifications to the building envelope for this project.
