The proposer must be qualified and prepared to provide services to SAIF in the following areas: Services to be provided for each tenant improvement project; General Contractor Responsibilities: • Construction Management: Oversee all aspects of construction, including scheduling, coordination with subcontractors, and quality control. • Tenant Improvements: Manage tenant improvement projects as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to existing tenants. • Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local safety regulations and building codes. • Reporting: Provide regular progress reports and updates to the Owner. Specific Services: • Preconstruction Services: Consultation during the planning and design phases, including cost estimating, scheduling, and value engineering. • Construction Services: Management and completion of construction work within the established fee structure and project schedule. • Submission of a completed executed Service Order (Attached as Exhibit B) prior to the start of each project. • Post-Construction Services: Final inspections, commissioning, and handover of completed projects.
