Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Oregon, acting by and through its Oregon Department of Education, Office of Finance and Administration, Procurement Services issues this Request for Proposal to establish Price Agreements with multiple Contractors to provide Complaint Resolution Services for 2011-2013. Proposers who are awarded a Price Agreement as a result of this Request for Proposal are not guaranteed work. This Request for Proposal will establish a list of qualified Contractors from which the Oregon Department of Education will select by the process described herein to perform Complaint Resolution Services under one or more Contracts. The resulting Price Agreements will constitute a firm offer by each Contractor regardless of whether any Work Order is issued to any Contractor under the Price Agreement. The prices under the Price Agreements shall be firm for the entire term of the Price Agreement
