Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Jefferson School District 14J is seeking the services of a qualified commissioning agent/firm for the construction of the Jefferson School District 14J Bond Projects. The Elementary School addition project will be located on the Jefferson School District 14J’s existing Elementary School property . The New Middle School project will be located on the Jefferson School District 14J’s existing High School property The Jefferson School District 14J is requesting Proposals for commissioning services based on the scope of work described herein for this facility to ensure that all systems function properly upon occupancy, and that the Jefferson School District 14J’s maintenance staff has adequate system access, control, monitoring capabilities, documentation and training to properly monitor, manage and maintain the facility.
