The successful contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the renovation of approximately 1,000 square feet within the Columbia County Courthouse Annex in accordance with the final construction documents prepared by the County’s architect. The design and specifications are attached as Attachment A. The scope of construction work includes, but is not limited to: 6 Interior demolition and removal of existing materials as identified in the plans; Construction of new walls, doors, windows, ceilings, and finishes per design specifications; Modifications to existing mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and lighting systems to support the new layout and function of the space; Installation of video entry/access communication systems as specified; Coordination with the County’s representative and architect throughout the construction phase, including participation in regular project meetings, timely submission of RFIs, submittals, and change order requests. The contractor will be responsible for: Ensuring all work complies with the construction documents, applicable codes, and permitting requirements; Coordinating all work with the County’s designated point of contact and the architect’s construction administration team; Attending weekly OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings; Maintaining a clean and secure job site, with minimal disruption to adjacent
