The Multnomah County Health Department, Behavioral Health Division (BHD) is seeking contractors who will provide Clinical Licensure Supervision to associates pursuing LCSW, LPC, and LMFT licenses. We are seeking contractors who will contribute to culturally specific practices, workforce enhancement, and related effective client impact. With a focus on culturally specific licensure supervision, we aim to increase retention and professional advancement opportunities to the current BHD clinical workforce and to improve client outcomes and service quality in our community. This will also increase employee engagement and provide professional growth opportunities for BHD staff. The goal is to deliver Clinical Licensure Supervision to the Behavioral Health Division staff seeking clinical licensure. The services will be facilitated across Multnomah County and in locations secured by county staff. Staff will review bios of approved contractors and select supervisors based on personal fit.
