The State of Oregon, acting by and through its Oregon Department of Education, Office of Finance and Administration, Procurement Services issues this Request for Proposal on behalf of the Office of Educational Improvement and Innovation to establish Price Agreements with multiple qualified Contractors to provide Complaint Resolution Services for complaints against Civil Rights and Equal Opportunity. The Office of Educational Improvement and Innovation (EII) is responsible for resolving complaints filed under Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 581-021-0049, "Hearings and Appeals" for investigation of civil rights and equal opportunity complaints for violations of the "Discrimination in education prohibited; rules" (Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 659.850). The Complaint Resolution Services Contractor(s) will investigate these discrimination complaints under OAR 581-021-0049 for violations of the "discrimination in education prohibited; rules" ORS 659.850 Proposers who are awarded a Price Agreement as a result of this Request for Proposal are not guaranteed work. This Request for Proposal will establish a list of qualified Contractors from which the Oregon Department of Education will select by the process described in the RFP to perform Civil Rights and Equal Opportunity Complaint Resolution Services under one (1) or more Contracts No additional specifications were given.
