The selected consultant will provide professional services for the planning, design, and construction-phase support of the Clearwell Remediation Project (City Project No. 28-25007). The City is currently evaluating multiple implementation paths, including (1) a temporary or permanent chlorine contact tank under an OHA waiver, (2) an alternative disinfection strategy if the waiver is not granted, or (3) a permanent waterline replacement that may enable bypassing the clearwell. The consultant will support final path selection through early-stage analysis, and then develop a complete, bid-ready design package suitable for public procurement.
