Specifications include, but are not limited to: Year-round, full-time operations are expected to be offered except for dates when the College is closed, (e.g., official holidays, Christmas & Thanksgiving breaks, etc.). The Provider retains the right to remain open for its non-College clientele during these closures. Hours of operation may be set to accommodate all clients of the organization. Equipment fixed-in-place shall remain the property of the College. The College will maintain equipment to the extent that normal wear and tear require it. It will be the responsibility of the Provider to maintain, repair and/or replace any equipment damaged or broken as a result of Provider or Provider’s employees’ negligent action with equipment of equal of greater quality. Replacement of equipment shall only be made with the prior approval of the College. The College shall be notified of any equipment malfunction or needed repair within 24 hours of discovery. A non-inclusive list of equipment is outlined on Exhibit C, outlining responsibility and disposition options.
