The approximately 11.2-acre site is located at 2098 NW 6th Street, Redmond, Oregon 97756, The site development will include all required access roads, parking lots, site fencing, gates, yards, and on-site infrastructure. The project consists of three main structures – Administration Offices, carports, a Warehouse and a Vehicle Storage building. The 21,981-sf office will be wood framed and metal construction. All other structures will be pre-engineered steel structures – 9,811 sf warehouse, 16,213 sf vehicle storage and 5,835 sf carports. Extensive site construction is also a part of the project scope. CEC are working with COID to pipe the open canal running through the property in October/November 2025. Site work cannot begin until canal piping project is completed. The Site needs to remain operational during construction. Scheduling and project construction phasing will be critical. The Owner’s opinion of probable cost is between $25M - $28M.
