Manufactured homes shall meet all applicable building codes, specialty building codes, and requirements of the local municipality. Site preparation shall be completed by Owner or Site Contractor under separate contract. Site preparation includes concrete strip runner foundation and backfill, tie-downs, skirting, under-floor hook-ups for sanitary sewer, domestic water, and electric, gutters and downspouts, and concrete sidewalk.
