Specifications include, but are not limited to: Linn Benton Lincoln Education Service District Board will hold a public hearing and sit as the contract review board to consider the request of the Linn Benton Lincoln Education Service District for an exemption from the competitive bidding requirements of ORS 279C.335(1), pursuant to ORS 279C.335(2), to engage in the alternate contracting method, Construction Manager | General Contractor form of delivery, for renovations of the Administration Building. The public hearing is for the purpose of taking comments on the draft findings for an exemption from the competitive bidding requirement.
