North Clackamas County Water Commission (NCCWC) is an interagency municipal organization composed of members from the Sunrise Water Authority, Oak Lodge Water Services, and City of Gladstone. The NCCWC owns and operates a 20 million gallon per day (MGD), wholesale drinking water treatment plant located along the Clackamas River in Oregon City (Oregon). The plant was originally constructed in 1998 as a 10 MGD slow sand filter plant and later expanded in 2005 to include 10 MGD of submerged (vacuum) membrane treatment. Several of the key facilities within the plant have reached their service life and need replaced or repaired. The planned improvements will be delivered under a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) framework, as allowed under ORS 279C.337. The NCCWC is looking for qualified contractors to assist with both planned pre-construction and construction phases of the project.
