Specifications include, but are not limited to: Approximately 30,000 SF, 3-Level, phased renovation of existing laboratory, classroom office space within Pacific Hall, to accommodate 16 new research laboratories with associated laboratory support spaces and offices. All labs will include light to moderate chemical use within a wet lab environment. The building will remain occupied during construction. The Project will not seek LEED certification, however still requires LEED equivalent practices. Overall Project Duration is expected to be February 2017 through February 2018. Phase 1 scope of work consisted of demo and abatement of existing MEP, re-work of all existing MEP Systems and build-back of MEP mains. Work associated with Phase 1 has already been awarded and is not included in this package.
