Specifications include, but are not limited to: supply bulk liquid carbon dioxide to be used for drinking water treatment at its Lusted Hill Facility located at 6704 SE Cottrell Road, Gresham, OR 97080. The Lusted Hill Facility stores carbon dioxide used for pH adjustment of the City’s drinking water supply in one (1) 60,000 lb tank. 2) TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Bidder shall comply with the following minimum requirements in order for their bid to be accepted: The Proposer shall base its proposed price on the estimated annual quantities listed below. These quantities are provided as estimates only. The actual purchased quantities may increase or decrease as operating requirements dictate. Deliver approximately 1200 tons of CO2 annually to the Lusted Hill Treatment Facility. PWB usage is approximately: • 8,800 lbs/day during Spring and Summer • 4,100 lbs/day during Fall and Winter • Deliveries may be made M – F, between 8am and 5pm.
