Specifications include, but are not limited to: Brush College will consist of exterior improvements such as an onsite portable unit demo, relocation and installation of an offsite Modular Unit, and partial Reroof. The interior enhancements at Brush College will address installing framed walls at classroom Operable Partitions, Front Vestibule line-of-sight security upgrades, general restroom improvements, access control upgrades, security/alarm systems, and installing new cameras and intercom system upgrades. Kalapuya Improvements include exterior lighting replacement, access control upgrades, security/alarm systems, installing new cameras, mechanical room exhaust, painting of exterior downspouts, and intercom system upgrades. Harritt exterior improvements include Replacement of Modular Units, Full Reroof, playground rubber protective surface, and field drainage improvements. The interior scope of work will consist of constructing a new Check-in Office, Gym AV system upgrade and Divider Install, exhaust at Kiln, updated interior egress lighting, access control upgrades, line-of-sight security upgrades, security/alarm systems, new cameras, and intercom system upgrades.
