Portland Public Schools (“PPS”) seeks to retain a qualified and experienced firm to provide comprehensive professional program and project management services (“Program Manager”) in capital development and construction to lead and oversee the delivery of bond-funded PPS construction projects, including the construction of certain new or renovated school buildings and campuses (as designated by PPS) consistent with PPS’s bond funding requirements, industry standards and best practices in construction program and project management, and this Statement of Work (the “Program”), and to achieve PPS’s budget, schedule, and quality requirements for projects within the Program.
