Contractor to dispose of all waste off site. • All materials to be loaded onto roof by the contractor when required. • Lifts, ladders, all equipment, tools and all materials shall be provided by the contractor. • The job site shall be cleaned at days end. Tools, materials, and debris shall be cleaned prior to contractor leaving job site for the day. • Furnish and install and safety equipment needed for project scope to meet Oregon OSHA Safety Standards. • All debris to be disposed of off-site by contractor. • Waste tickets to be submitted to Portland Air National Guard environmental department through Project Manager. • Contractor warranty shall be 3 years. • If a crane is required to complete the work, please allow a 90 day approval period with FAA for the permit. • Scope to be read in conjunction with drawings and specifications included in the ITB. • Contractor to use most current version of UFC’s and Specifications. 1. Repair Base wide pavements via the following methods: • Crack seal • Fog Seal • Patch and Repair • Pavement Markings • Mill and Overlay 2. All striping affected by sealing cracks must be restriped as part of the scope of this project. 3. Priority of specific locations will be discussed after award. 4. This project will be bid by unit price (per square foot or linear foot). See pricing submittal example below.
