Modifications to the room planned to house the food distribution “pantry” to accommodate the pantry and also to make the room functional and useful to other users. 3. All improvements will be made to the interior of the building and will not include any structural elements. 1.03.2 Consultation on the Schematic Design with the City and the prospective tenant. 1.03.3 Review of the building to identify other opportunities to improve the functionality of the building, including lighting upgrades for energy efficiency. 1.03.4 Preliminary budget estimate based on Schematic Design. Include options to best match overall budget for renovation. 1.03.5 Consultation with the City and prospective tenant on elements to include in final design. 1.03.6 Final design, including construction documents ready for bid and building permit submission.
