Provide and install an approximate 24 ft by 12ft non-insulated, metal, motorized, coiling door, framed and assembled into existing south wall opening, and painted to match existing exterior doors. Include all code required safety features and wall mounted OPEN/CLOSE/STOP control switch. Provide and install a personnel entrance door in the same south wall opening. The personnel entrance door will be a standard 3ft x 7 ft, hollow metal jamb and hollow metal flush door assembly, with hardware and paint to match existing doors. Include standard lock and key assembly. Power circuitry will be extended from existing electrical panel located in adjacent room and existing lighting and switching will remain as is. Provide and install an exit sign if required by code.
