2.1. Provide a web-based platform for delivering comprehensive, evidence-based prevention education and personal development training to all undergraduate and graduate students across the institution. 2.1.1. Platform must have the capacity and functionality for the entire student population in University’s management system each year; over 25,000 students. 2.2. Support the University's mission to foster student well-being, promote safe and inclusive communities, and comply with all relevant federal and state laws. 2.3. Educate students on the risks, resources, and social norms related to alcohol and drug misuse. 2.4. Provide primary prevention training on sexual harassment, relationship and sexual violence, domestic and dating violence, and stalking. 2.5. Promote prosocial behavior through bystander intervention training. 2.6. Equip students with tools to make healthy and informed personal decisions. 2.7. Provide online training modules that focus on behavior change and social norms, promoting healthy relationships and safe bystander strategies. Trainings must include in the following modules and information: 2.7.1. Alcohol and other drug prevention • Covers alcohol, cannabis, and prescription drug misuse • Incorporates harm reduction, party culture, and social norming
