Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rogue Community College invites proposals from insurance firms for the purpose of selecting an Insurance Agent of Record for Property, Liability, and Workers Compensation Insurance, to provide insurance and risk management services to the College. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain technical and cost proposals from qualified vendors. This RFP describes the Colleges needs for the service, scope of work, requirements, timelines, legal requirements and instructions for submitting proposals. Vendors are invited to describe how they might address such needs. Vendors should read the entire RFP before writing a response. Such service shall include but not be limited to the securing of competitive bids from insurance carriers for insurance requested by the College District, including but not limited to Property, Casualty, Liability, Automotive, Fidelity Bond, Workers Compensation, the processing of claims and providing of technical support in the continued processing and analysis of needs for insurance coverage of the Rogue Community College District. Insurance for students and employee benefit insurance is not included in this Request for Proposal.
