Specifications include, but are not limited to: S. The University is seeking proposals for vendors that can provide the following services. Vendors may submit proposals for the full range of services listed below or a few select services. 2.1. Illustration: • Creation of original illustrations. • Utilize existing brand assets, (icons, patterns, etc.) in designs. • Update designs for clients from archived project files • Maintain and deliver organized project files for archiving in university servers. • Technical assistance, (providing assets, converting filetypes, answering non designer staff questions). • Ability to create graphics for a variety of digital and print mediums. 2.2. Animation: • Creation of digital illustrations for use in animated institutional infographics. 2.3. Graphic Design: • Image research: search for images to be used in design work; Image editing: edit and color-correct photos and revise vector graphics as needed; Set up and send jobs to press 2.3.1. Additional Services. Proposer may include in their response a list additional related services they can provide. 2.3.2. Required Training: Attend a required training and be able to follow University of Oregon style guide to create graphics using Adobe Creative Suite products and execute concepts based on directions from client requests. Training dates will be set up after award and prior to beginning any work on behalf of the University.
