The selected contractor will operate a weekday transit service providing a minimum of four (4) round trips per day between McMinnville and Junction City along the OR-99W corridor. The service will connect multiple communities and major transit hubs. Proposed stop locations include: o McMinnville Transit Center o Amity (YCT stop near Amity Library) o Rickreall (Cherriots stop at Polk County Fairgrounds) o Monmouth (Monmouth Trolley Main Street stops) o Adair Village (BAT stop at Adair City Hall) o Corvallis Transit Center o Corvallis OSU Stop (Jefferson & 15th) o Monroe (TBD in collaboration with City of Monroe, ODOT, and BAT) o Junction City (Lane Transit District stop at 8th and Holly) The provider must deliver basic customer service support for passengers, including stop information, transfer connections, and general service assistance. Fare collection will not be required during the demonstration period. However, ridership data, service reliability, and operational reporting will be key performance measures. Proposers should highlight any technology tools (dispatching, scheduling, AVL, etc.) that support effective operations and reporting
