SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is a Sources Sought NOTICE (SSN) ONLY. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement, and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), other Small Businesses interested and capable of providing items requested, as well as any large business interested and capable. This REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE in support of the Portland VA Healthcare System, Portland, OR is for market research purposes only to determine the availability of potential vendors with capabilities to provide the requirements described below. This Request for Information/Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The contractor shall provide on-site services with technical implementation specialists to unpack, inventory, install all new components and calibrate/verify functionality. This shall include all labor, parts, transportation, configurations, and equipment required for installation of new dental chairs and equipment. 0005 Training: Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) training shall be available for Biomedical Engineering technicians for a minimum of three (3) technicians. General Information: Must be aware of space planning and architectural design support as new equipment shall fit in with the current footprint. Engineering drawings will be made available upon request. Must have a minimum 275-watt power supply for ancillary products Must have a minimum of 10-year warranty on hydraulic cylinders and a minimum 5-year warranty on all other components.
