Yamhill County Transit is seeking bids for tenant improvements to support Yamhill County Transit’s administration, operations, and maintenance functions, within their 9,600 square foot lease facility building. The work includes minor demolition of existing partition walls, new walls and doors, new casework and sink at breakroom, removal of existing tile and carpet flooring, new interior finishes including flooring as indicated, painting of walls and ceilings as indicated, and other miscellaneous interior finishes In addition, the following Bid Alternates will be evaluated: • Additive Alternate #1: Extension of existing partial height walls to ceiling and associated HVAC modifications. • Additive Alternate #2: New Restroom in Shop (Restroom 124) and associated plumbing. • Additive Alternate #3: Lighting upgrades.
