The objective of the RFP is to identify a single proposer, to target and identify female clients and victims within the Criminal Justice system who are referred by Community Corrections. Currently Klamath County Community Corrections supervises on an average of 160-180 female clients who reside in Klamath County; 40% of these clients are classified as indigent at the beginning of treatment and require subsidized care to ensure treatment and housing. This population is supervised in a gender responsive approach with case planning tailored to each client. Success in supervision and treatment require services and other evidenced based case management approaches between Community Corrections and the contractor. Contractor will develop a holistic approach when working with victims along with gender responsive treatment initiatives. Contractor will provide emergency and long-term housing for eligible female clients who are homeless or in need of safe housing, as identified by the contractor and Community Corrections Contractor will provide crisis intervention services and make the proper referrals as needed Contractor will be trained in cultural competencies
