The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the following: Provide aggregate in stockpiles at specified locations. Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans. Work for this project shall be performed and completed according to the priority list as provided in these Special Provisions. Contractor shall work through the priority list numerically starting at 1. ODOT has a Not to Exceed budget of $249,000. ODOT makes no guarantee of any minimum or maximum purchases, quantities of requested material may be increased or decreased.
