The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: Consultant will: • plan and facilitate five (5) quarterly meetings for all TA Providers. Each quarterly meeting will be approximately two hours. • plan and facilitate twelve (12) monthly virtual meetings. These meetings will provide TA Providers with an opportunity to engage in peer learning, develop cooperative relationships that enhance the TA Ecosystem, and build organizational capacity. Monthly meetings are approximately one hour each. • plan and facilitate a minimum of one (1) learning cohort for small groups of TA Providers, with the aim of facilitating peer learning. in coordination with OBDD, for all meetings contribute to meeting planning and logistics, including agenda development, scheduling, note-taking/recording, and follow-up. for all the meetings (estimated at three (3) hours/month). • solicit input from TA Providers on agenda items, approach, needs and opportunities, challenges, and other topics as needed to encourage engagement and meaningful interactions. • foster productive relationships with TA Providers, staff, and clients. • contribute to reports and other program materials that may be distributed to the public, including to legislative audiences. • contribute to and encourage the sharing of best practices among TA Providers to inform Program improvements and Program evaluation. The Successful Proposer shall meet the highest standards prevalent in the industry or business most closely involved in providing the Services that the Agency is purchasing under this RFP.
