Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will provide the following services: 1) Promoting school recruitment and teacher relations to include, but not limited to: a. Publicizing the Poetry Out Loud program, recruiting new schools to participate and retaining previously participating schools, including home school networks and associations serving private schools through regional visits and targeted telephone and electronic outreach during the months of August and September 2012 b. Maintaining an accurate contact list of interested teachers c. Distributing promotional materials in a timely manner d. Responding to questions from teachers, students, parents, administrators about the Poetry Out Loud program e. Striving for a goal of 50 participating schools in 2013 and f. Using input from returning teachers, develop a template for teacher planning that facilitates completion of POL curriculum and school contest between January 28 and February 20, 2013
