The City of Medford Parks, Recreation & Facilities Department is seeking proposals from qualified construction contractors to repair, revitalize, and enhance the Bear Creek Park Skate Park. Bear Creek Skate Park is located at 1520 Siskiyou Blvd., Medford OR. 97504.
Interested qualified contractors are asked to submit design/build proposals based off criteria described within solicitation. City estimates the budget for this opportunity to be between $65,000- $90,000 and final award amount will be negotiated based on final design and guaranteed maximum price negotiated between City and awarded contractor. Awarded contractor will be selected based on the selection process outlined within the solicitation. The awarded contract will be subject to current BOLI prevailing wage rates and Performance and Payment bonds will be required for contract execution.

Proposals must be received by 2pm local time on February 6, 2026. Late proposals will be kept by the City but not considered for award.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject, for good cause, any and all proposals upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so. The City reserves the right to waive any and all informalities if it is deemed in the best interest of the public.
