The Cherokee National Holiday Office is requesting proposals for umpire service at the 73rd Cherokee National Holiday softball tournaments. The softball tournaments include men and women fast pitch and slow-pitch, as well as co-ed softball tournaments. The tournaments are held over two weekends. On August 22-24, 2025, fast pitch men and women tournaments will have approximately 30 teams compete. The co-ed tournament will be played that same weekend with approximately 30 teams. The slow pitch tournaments will be hosted the following weekend, August 29-31, 2025. Slow pitch will have approximately 36 men and 26 women teams. The winning proposals will include the furnishing of all labor, materials, administration, services, supplies, equipment, transportation, insurance requirements, personnel and implementation of the quality control measures necessary to provide services as the UIC.
