The OSU A&M Board of Regents and Oklahoma State University A&M System are accepting proposals for as-needed reputation management and crisis management services. The OSU A&M Board of Regents and Oklahoma State University are accepting proposals for as-needed reputation management and crisis management support for the OSU A&M Board of Regents, the OSU System and all OSU/A&M institutions. The selected agency(ies) will provide services for the OSU A&M Board of Regents and across the full spectrum of institutions under the Board's governance. While Oklahoma State University and its campuses and institutions, including OSU Stillwater, OSU-OKC, OSU-Tulsa, OSUIT and the Center for Health Sciences, represent a significant portion of reputational and crisis management needs, the scope includes strategic support for all OSU/A&M institutions: Langston University, Oklahoma Panhandle State University, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, and Connors State College. Each institution maintains a distinct identity, mission, and communication needs while benefiting from system-wide strategic communication support. The selected agency(ies) must demonstrate the capability to understand and effectively serve diverse institutional contexts, from a comprehensive land-grant university to regional colleges, each with unique stakeholder communities, challenges and opportunities. This includes scaling services appropriately for each institution's needs while maintaining consistent quality and strategic alignment across the system. The contract will establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors that the board and OSU/A&M institutions can utilize on an as-needed basis for reputation management and crisis management projects of varying size and scope. The award will be made to multiple responsible vendors, and institutions will have the flexibility to select the vendor they deem most suitable for each specific project. An organization can bid if they have the capabilities and experience to do so.
