2. Specifications The Bid must meet or exceed the following Specifications. Seller will perform relief veterinary services at Tulsa Animal Services (TAS) City of Tulsa Animal Shelter, 3031 N. Erie Ave., Tulsa OK 74115 on an as needed basis. Seller will be notified approximately 2 weeks prior to date of required services. Seller will be working approximately 8 – 9 days a month. Seller will be expected to work both weekdays & weekends depending upon the needs of TAS. Seller shall have a working relationship and access to Board Certified veterinarians in the areas of Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Dentistry Required Services 1. Veterinarian – 8-hour day (possible duties) Performs 20 Spay / Neuter Surgeries (male and female / dog and cat) Performs Rabies Vaccinations Clears Bite Hold Dogs from Quarantine Performs Heartworm Tests and Treatments Performs Animal Assessments as Needed Documents Medical / Health Notes 2. Veterinarian plus Veterinarian Assistant – 8-hour day (possible duties) Performs 25 Spay / Neuter Surgeries (male and female / dog and cat) Performs Rabies Vaccinations Clears Bite Hold Dogs from Quarantine Performs Heartworm Tests and Treatments Performs Animal Assessments as Needed Documents Medical / Health Notes 3. Veterinarian – 4-hour day (possible duties) Performs 12 Spay / Neuter Surgeries (male and female / dog and cat) Performs Animal Assessments as Needed Documents Medical / Health Notes
