This product shall be an Aluminum Hydroxychloride Polymer Blend, (ACH + PolyDADMAC). Such as Buckman BL5091.This product shall be for treatment of Grand Neosha River water in a clarifier prior to use as treated water for the demineralizer and plant operations. Use of this coagulant shall meet all state and federal regulations for safety and health in this application. Coagulant shall be proven highly successful in large scale production of high quality water, using Grand Neosha River water as water source. The coagulant shall be proven capable of constantly maintaining less than 0.3 NTU turbidity in the water produced, even with high levels of suspended organic and inorganic materials in the supplied river water. Vendor's technical engineer shall visit the site monthly to assess results and provide technical instruction on proper use and optimization of the coagulant. Vendor to provide laboratory analysis of raw and treated water as requested by GRDA. Vendor shall provide MSDS, special handling instrument, and applicable NFPA information. Vendor's trucks shall be equipped with all necessary hose, fittings, unloading air supply and safety gear to safely and efficiently transfer product to GRDA 1000 gallon storage tank. Orders shall be for approximately 1000 gallons each. Totes are preferred. This blanket purchase order shall remain in effect for one year. Replaces Blanket Agreement # 42972. The price bid is to include freight to the GRDA job site.
