Specifications include, but are not limited to: year round plumbing inspection, installation, repair, and maintenance as described herein of THA properties consisting of requested maintenance and/or any necessary seasonal maintenance as directed by the THA Job Representative. Expected annual contract work shall consist of, but is not limited to, the following needs: leak detection and repair, sewer and drain cleaning services, clog removal, grime cleaning, toilet repair and/or replacement, bathtub and tile repair and/or replacement, water heater repair and/or installation, dishwasher/washer/dryer repair and/or installation, pipe installation and/or replacement, faucet/sink/garbage disposal repair and/or installation, inspection, sump dump maintenance and replacement, water damage restoration, shower component and fixture replacement, storm drain repair, gas line installation and repair, tree root removal, winterization, burst pipes, residential emergencies, new construction, and after-hours system maintenance to keep system operational.. Pricing for services stated shall be agreed upon in writing, and approved, prior to any work being completed.
