Oklahoma Environmental Management Authority (OEMA) requires hauling services to support various operational and site maintenance needs. The scope of work includes the loading, transport, and delivery of soil materials from designated OEMA sites. Estimated one (1) mile round trip. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, trucks, fuel, and materials necessary to: • Load and haul dirt from OEMA-specified locations. • Deliver dirt to OEMA-approved sites, as directed. • Maintain safe and legal loads per all applicable regulations. Service Requirements • All work must be completed during OEMA’s standard operating hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. • Hauling must occur within 48 business hours of service request, unless otherwise scheduled with OEMA. • OEMA staff will verify dirt volumes and loading locations prior to hauling. • Contractor must provide equipment capable of accessing potentially uneven or unpaved terrain.
